TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Subscription and Packages

1.1. Push Pull Give Pte. Ltd. (“PPG”) offers class packages (“Classes”) to be used for any class of your choice, provided however that you book in advance as classes may have limited slots available. (“Class Limit”).

1.2. PPG also offers class and personal training packages that allow you to attend a limited amount of sessions over a limited time. Please refer to www.pushpullgive.com/programs for more information.

2. Payment

2.1. You must provide our payment portal with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (as such may be updated from time to time, “Payment Method”) to use your membership.

2.2. Payment shall be made in SGD.

2.3. We will automatically bill the monthly subscription fee to your Payment Method each month until your membership duration or it is cancelled or terminated.

2.4. By joining our subscription program, you authorise us to transmit information or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time and this may include verification checks involving your debit or credit card number or credit reports in order to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation, to protect you and us from fraud, and to enable us to arrange delivery of your order to your nominated delivery address.

3. Billing

3.1. All PPG classes and personal training packages and all others listed are not exchangeable or refundable and are valid as indicated on www.pushpullgive.com/programs.

3.2. Billing Date. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing as indicated below, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled. Your renewal date may change due to changes in your membership.

3.3. Monthly Subscription. By starting a Monthly Subscription, you authorise us to charge you a monthly subscription fee at the then current rate.

3.4. No Refunds. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED PERIODS. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period.

4. Cancellation

4.1. The subscription will renew automatically on a monthly basis, unless cancelled by either party prior to the last billing cycle.

WAIVER

In consideration of Push Pull Give Pte. Ltd. (Reg. No. 201633783E) (“PPG”) allowing me to participate in the fitness activity conducted by PPG (the “Fitness Classes”), I hereby undertake as follows to PPG:

  1. I declare that I am 18 years of age or above, and that my physical condition and mental state are sufficiently well for participation in the Fitness Classes and I have not been advised otherwise by a medical practitioner.
  2. I agree that I shall comply with all rules set by PPG and all instructions of PPG’s staff in connection with the Fitness Classes.
  3. To the extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive and discharge PPG and its directors, officers, employees, agents and outside contractors or vendors (collectively, the “Releasees”) from, and undertake not to sue the Releasees or any of them for, any liability, claim, loss, damage, cost or expense of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by me arising out of or in connection with the Fitness Classes.
  4. I hereby consent to PPG’s use of my images and videos for PPG’s marketing and promotional purposes.
  5. I hereby consent to PPG’s collection and use of my personal data for the purposes of personalised marketing activities.
  6. This consent form shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Singapore. If any provision of this consent form is held to be illegal, void or unenforceable, then such provision shall (so far as it is illegal, void or unenforceable) be deleted and shall be deemed not to be included in this consent form but without invalidating any of the remaining provisions of this consent form.
