beginner – intermediate classes
CALI FOUNDATION
Cali Foundation is perfect for beginners looking to dive into calisthenics. In this class, you’ll learn the basics of bodyweight training, focusing on building strength and proper techniques for exercises like pull-ups, ring dips and inverted hangs. Different type of equipment, including resistance bands, gymnastic rings and bars would be used.
Our trainers will guide you through each movement step-by-step, ensuring you build a solid foundation of strength and confidence to tackle more advanced moves down the road.
CALI HANDSTAND
Cali Handstand is the perfect class for beginner to intermediate participants eager to master the art of balancing on their hands. In this class, you’ll learn the fundamentals of handstands, focusing on building strength, stability, and proper technique. Key elements like shoulder engagement, core activation, and proper alignment will be emphasized to help you safely and confidently work toward your first handstand.
You’ll also work with equipment like wall support and blocks to aid in your practice, and learn how to safely progress towards freestanding handstands over time.
intermediate – advanced classes
CALI INTERMEDIATE
Cali Intermediate is designed for those ready to elevate their bodyweight training. In this class, you’ll work on mastering advanced skills such as Muscle-Ups, Front Lever, Back Lever, Planche, and more. Our expert trainers will guide you through progressive drills and techniques, helping you build the strength, control, and mobility required for these challenging moves.

CALI CONDITIONING
Cali Conditioning is designed to build muscular endurance, increase volume, and improve overall fitness through high-rep, bodyweight training. In this class, you’ll focus on increasing strength endurance with exercises performed for higher reps and sets, targeting key muscle groups. Our trainers will guide you through structured workouts that challenge your stamina, build muscle, and enhance your work capacity.
